Charitable Gift Annuities

Victor J. Lauerman, Sr. and Evelyn Agnes Lauerman Endowment: Victor Lauerman, Jr. established the Foundation's first annuity. The residuum of the annuity will form the corpus of an endowment named in honor of his parents. Earnings from this endowment will benefit the Center Township Fund. Should that fund cease to exist, the residuum will benefit the Sacred Heart Church Cemetery Fund.

John Muir Wilson and Marion Henderson Wilson Endowment: During 2003 Margaret Lois Wilson established a charitable gift annuity with a gift of real estate in Benton County. The land was sold by the Foundation and purchased by a local farmer. The residuum of the annuity established a field-of-interest endowment to support education, including vocational training.
