The Benton Community Foundation Board of Directors announced they will award $40,000 in grants for community needs in 2012.

LETTERS 2 SANTA
Do you know a non-profit organization that has been extra good this year? The Foundation will be helping Santa deliver five $500 awards the week of December 16th. Read the Letters 2 Santa Guidelines to find out what to include in your letter. All entries must be to the North Pole by Noon on December 3rd!

IMPACT GRANTS
New in 2012, the Foundation will be offering Impact Grants.  This funding will be concentrated in three critical areas that have been identified through community conversations. 

Basic Life Skills Impact Grants-Due by Noon on Monday, December 3rd, 2012. Application available in right sidebar.

Wellness Impact Grants- Awarded June 2012
With support from North Central Health Services, the Foundation was able to award a total of $35,000 in grants that will improve the health and/or well-being of our community.

Community Grants may be used for a wide variety of charitable purposes. This funding has been extinguished for 2012; it is likely funding will be available again in 2013.
