Lilly Endowment Community Scholars Announced

Benton Community Foundation awarded two Lilly Endowment Community Scholarships for 2005. Janell Callahan (Fowler) and Lindsay Nobbe (Otterbein) will receive full tuition and fees in addition to $800 for books for four years' study at the Indiana college of their choice.

Callahan will study event management within the business program at Butler University. Nobbe will study agriculture education at Purdue University.

Both recipients were honors students at Benton Central High School who made significant leadership contributions to their high school and communities.
