News & Events 2/6/2007 Benton Community Foundation (BCF) is now accepting applications for the Dan Patch Conservation Club scholarship for students planning on studying conservation, wildlife, or natural resources at an accredited post-secondary institution. Applications will be accepted until Thursday, April 5, at 4:00 PM. One scholarship will be awarded in the amount of $500 to provide support for tuition, fees, books, and equipment. Recipients must have graduated from Benton Central High School or are current residents of Benton County. The scholarship awards can be used for institutions outside Indiana. Applicants should have been accepted to the school of their choice by April 5th. Additionally they should have prior employment, volunteer experience, or high school course work that indicates a career path toward their desired post-secondary program. Applications are available on the BCF website, www.bentoncf.org. Awards
